Terms of Service

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between JR Holdings ("the Company") and users in connection with the use of SuCrep ("the Service").

The Company operates SuCrep as a mail-order intermediary (통신판매중개자), facilitating transactions between third-party sellers and buyers. Each product is sold by its respective seller; the Company is not a party to those transactions. Responsibility for product quality, delivery, and refunds rests with the seller. The Company bears responsibility only to the extent required by applicable law as an intermediary.

These Terms take effect upon posting within the Service. The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law, with advance notice of the effective date and reason for any change.

Users must register with accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding their account and password. Use of another's information or false registration may result in restriction of service.

Users are responsible for content they post (feed posts, comments, etc.). The Company may remove or restrict content that violates applicable law or its operating policies, without prior notice.

Users must not: • Infringe others' rights or defame others • Post false information or engage in fraudulent transactions • Interfere with the operation of the Service • Violate applicable law or public morals

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damages arising from force majeure, seller fault, or user fault. The Company will reasonably cooperate to help resolve transaction disputes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be subject to the competent court determined under applicable law.
